  • Online Subscription

    • The minimum purchase amount of $15 must be reached before taxes and gratuity to qualify for a free item.

    • Choose ONE FREE item: an extra scoop of Poké OR premium topping OR drink, OR side. Not applicable to included scoops in the Signature bowl, Traditional bowl, or combos.

    • To redeem benefits online, a valid VIP discount must be applied at checkout

    • Benefits cannot be redeemed via guest checkout

    • Only one free item can be redeemed per transaction, regardless of the total purchase amount.

    • The free item must be redeemed during the same transaction as the qualifying purchase.

    • To redeem benefits in-store, a valid phone number linked to an active membership must be provided at checkout.

    • The membership benefit cannot be combined with other promotions, rewards, discounts, or special offers unless specified.

    • The free item has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit.

    • Online subscriptions cannot be converted into physical cards.

    • Your online membership will automatically renew at the end of each subscription period with the applicable renewal fee unless cancelled before the renewal date.

    • Cancellation will take effect from the end of the billing period in which you cancel. No refunds or partial credits will be issued for any unused portion of the billing period.

    • Membership fee is not refundable. We do not offer price-match.

    • Steve’s Poké Bar reserves the right to modify membership benefits or terms at any time without prior notice.

    • Misuse of membership benefits may result in termination without refund.
